Check your spam folder for the order email first, then sign in and open My account → Downloads. Large files can take a while on a slow connection, so try Wi-Fi. If it still does not work, contact us with your order number.

Yes. Add You Are Still Being Held to your basket and check out. No payment details are needed for a free order; you only enter your name and email so we can send your download link.

You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are handled by the payment provider, and your card details are never stored on this website.

Each e-book is licensed for your personal use. Please do not copy, share, upload or resell the file. If you would like to give it to someone, you can buy it for them as a gift.

No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account at checkout keeps all your downloads in one place.
