Everything you need to get your e-book onto your device.

Where to find your download

1. After checkout, the confirmation page lists your downloads once payment is confirmed.
2. Your order email contains the same download links.
3. If you created an account, sign in and open My account → Downloads at any time.

Opening the file

• iPhone or iPad: tap the link, then Share → Books to keep it in Apple Books.
• Android: open the file in Google Play Books, Adobe Acrobat Reader or Drive.
• Computer: the PDF opens in your browser or any PDF reader.

If something goes wrong

• No email? Check spam or promotions, then look in My account → Downloads.
• Download stops part-way? Our illustrated books are large files, so try Wi-Fi.
• The link says access has expired or the limit is reached? Contact us with your order number.
